Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE2026-05-18 VERSION1.0

Acceptance

By installing or using the V2Run iOS app (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

License

The App is provided free of charge for personal use under a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Apple's Standard EULA (App Store Terms of Service) applies in addition to these terms wherever they conflict, the App Store EULA controls.

What V2Run is — and is not

V2Run is an editorial-style vault for VPN configuration strings. It stores text on-device. It is not a VPN. It does not register a VPN profile, does not use NEVPNManager or NetworkExtension, does not proxy traffic, does not route traffic. The configurations you save in V2Run are inert text until you paste them into a separate VPN client app of your choice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use V2Run to store or transmit content that is illegal in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the legality of the configurations you store, share, or use elsewhere. We do not see, scan, or have access to any of your saved data.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific configuration will be recoverable in case of device failure, OS upgrade, or accidental erase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Backups are your responsibility

The App stores everything locally. iOS's standard encrypted backup will carry your vault if you have one enabled. We do not run a cloud backup. If you uninstall the App without an iOS backup, the data is unrecoverable by design.

Changes

We may revise these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above and called out in App Store release notes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction; the App Store EULA's dispute provisions apply where they conflict with this clause.
